The Procurement/Catering Associate supports the planning and coordination of food, materials, and vendors for NAT events such as hackathons, workshops, and community programs.
Weekly Commitment: 5+ hours per week
MUST HAVE A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION (Gasoline for transportation purposes will be reimbursed)

Assist with sourcing vendors for catering, supplies, and event needs
Compare pricing, availability, and logistics options
Coordinate delivery schedules and event-day requirements

Support on-site setup during events (as needed)

The Hardware Associate supports the setup, maintenance, and coordination of technical equipment used during NAT events, workshops, and hackathons. This role ensures that hardware, devices, and event tech are ready, functional, and accessible for participants and facilitators.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup and teardown of event hardware (laptops, monitors, AV, peripherals)
Track and organize hardware inventory before and after events
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live events
Coordinate with Event Logistics and Tech teams on equipment needs
Help test equipment prior to workshops, hackathons, and demo nights
